EmpowHER Initiative: Leveling Up Young Athlete’s Mind, Body & Potential
Join us for an afternoon workshop for female athletes (age 12-18) and their parents, featuring expert-led seminars with sports physical therapists, a certified nutrition specialist, and a licensed mental health therapist. Gain actionable strategies to optimize performance, nutrition, and mental resilience, plus next steps to support your athlete’s journey.
